All air handling equipment requires regular planned maintenance to reduce the risk of breakdowns and costly repairs. As the UK’s leading manufacturer of heat pumps and dehumidifiers, Calorex offers Planned Maintenance packages for all its customers, to ensure the equipment is correctly maintained by trained professionals.
“We have two levels of service cover to insure your system is maintained to the highest level and remains effective for many years,” explains Service Manager Adrian Broome.
“By signing up to one of our packages, customers are guaranteed peace of mind that a fully qualified Calorex agent will be at hand to deal with any unit issues quickly and efficiently. We only use our own factory trained engineers for planned maintenance, our friendly engineers have a wealth of knowledge and are always willing to discuss bespoke fine tuning or system upgrades,” he adds.
Calorex’s Gold service package covers planned maintenance visits, including all parts and the warranty is extended for the duration of service cover. The Silver service package covers planned maintenance including consumable parts, such as belts and filters. Spare parts for preventative maintenance or breakdowns are discounted by 30 per cent, as well as reduced callout charges and no additional labour charges for the replacement spares when combined with a planned maintenance visit. Both levels of service cover comply with mandatory F Gas regulations and maintenance customers are prioritised in the event of a breakdown or emergency repairs.
