New era dawns for Dantherm Group Service in the UK

With customer service at the forefront of our business development plans and as part of the ongoing commitment to providing our clients with customer service excellence, the Dantherm service department will now be run out of our UK headquarters in Maldon, Essex.

Our head office is not only a showroom facility but has the space for further expansion of the service department along with creating training opportunities for our distributors and installers onsite with our service team being key players to enable this.

With the support of other members of the highly-skilled Dantherm staff we hope to significantly improve enquiries coming into the company with a complete and all-round customer service experience. Whatever the customer needs we will be able to provide this together and as one customer focused team.

VP of Group Service, Karl Lowe said, “Incorporating the service team into the Maldon office will increase work collaboration amongst our employees and support for future growth and expansion. We want to offer our customers first-rate service and by having the team under one roof will enable us to do this effectively and efficiently.”
