Possibly not. And it may perhaps seem irrelevant to you. But actually, when we combine the expertise of our 600 passionate climate solution experts from all brands with just one online environment for all of them, you are likely to realise that the accumulated pool of knowhow, products and local presence can do more for your business than it does today.
We feel so strongly about it that we decided to carry out a thorough analysis across the entire Group last year. One of the main findings was that we needed to tie our brands closer together to make it easier to present all Group offerings with one voice to the markets.
Five competence centres
A direct outcome of wanting to combine the knowhow of our experts was to create regional competence centres that draw on the expertise of our climate control experts across brands. Because it makes for better products and solutions.
The work has been completed and we’re now supporting customers through five competence centres specialised in solutions for cooling, drying, heating, ventilation & camp HVAC, and pool and commercial.
Placed strategically close to the main markets of their field of expertise, the synergies created by these competence centres help us develop even better solutions – all designed with sustainability, reduced energy consumption, ease of use and cost savings for you in mind.
One online environment for all brands coming up
One of the next steps is to make it easier for customers and other stakeholders to gain access to the wide range of solutions and products and accompanying knowledge sharing through one point of sales. Therefore, we will be launching a new and completely revamped website that contains all our market offerings for all brands later this year.
United yet unique
To do that right, and make sure we speak to customers with one voice, we have also decided to align all group brands visually and verbally in a way that makes it obvious they’re part of the same corporation while allowing them to retain their own unique identities. In practical terms, this means that our brands will continue to have unique colours, but they all follow the same design templates.
In addition, we have decided to introduce the same tagline for all brand logos. It now reads “CLIMATE SOLUTIONS”. Because it is what we deliver to our customers. Regardless of brand.
When will this be implemented?
The competence centres are already up and running – ready to support you. In terms of visuals, we have already begun sneaking small changes into them here and there. Momentum will pick up in the course of the coming weeks and months. The new website that will contain all our market offerings for all brands is scheduled for release late in the autumn this year.
