Ian has been a part of the Dantherm Group since 1994 and his in-depth knowledge and expertise in the application of dehumidification and environmental control systems is second-to-none. Having built his experience working at Thames Water as a Project Engineer and then at Glaxo Pharmaceutical in China, Ian spent three-years at Munters as an After Sales Manager before making the move to Dantherm. Ian also obtains BSC hons in Instrumentation and Control Engineering and, in total, has clocked up over 35-years of experience in the industry.
Having joined Dantherm in 2007, Matt gained invaluable experience across a wide range of the company’s product portfolio to include domestic HRV, commercial dehumidification and pool ventilation. During his time as a surveyor, he also gained invaluable experience of the pool hall environment and its demands on building fabric and energy usage. Specialising in pool dehumidification he can draw on this knowledge to select the optimum solution for each individual pool project.
Jamie is a graduate in mechanical engineering and has been designing air handling equipment for over 30-years. He joined Dantherm in 1995 and has a wealth of experience of pool ventilation and is passionate about energy management and providing a quality solution for every situation. His detailed knowledge of the equipment ranges and technical understanding ensures that he can tailor an exact solution for every project’s specific requirements.
With a degree and background in mechanical engineering, Jeremy has continued to build on his knowledge of dehumidification products since joining Calorex as a Technical Sales Engineer in October 2014. Since the partnership with Dantherm his role has evolved and is currently managing the sales of commercial dehumidification products within in the UK. Prior to moving to Calorex, Jeremy spent years learning his trade as an Apprentice Mechanical Engineer and a Junior CAD Technician.
Rae has over 20 years of experience in sales, covering a diverse range of industries. These include recruitment advertising across seven regional newspapers, storage space and light commercial vehicles. After a six year spell in Canada working in inventory services, she joined the Dantherm Group just over a year ago as Service Coordinator. Having taken on the role of Mobile Equipment Sales Manager, she now covers mobile heating, cooling and drying for Dantherm, Calorex and Master products.
Colin has nearly 20 years of experience of the telecoms cooling market. Having started as an internal engineer he soon worked his way up to be one on the leading specialists in the electronic cooling market. He has previously worked for 4Energy and most recently CommScope and brings to the Dantherm Group his extensive international knowledge and expertise of the industry.
With over 26 years’ experience in HVAC ventilation & refrigeration sales and aftersales within Commercial and Leisure markets, Rob has been plying his trade with Dantherm Ltd for 19-years. He initially joined the company as a Contracts Engineer, responsible for after sales activities including contract management, technical support and service team. Now he is currently working as Dantherm’s Customer Service Manager with responsibility for project management of turnkey equipment installation projects under CDM2015 regulations, equipment refurbishment survey & sales.
Since 1995, Rachel has been part of the sales and services environment and has gone on from working for Urinal Controls to spending ten years in EPOS sales, service and installations onsite for the hospitality industry. Having also spent three-years in technical/engineer recruitment, creating her own client and candidate base for permanent and contracting staffing requirements, she now heads the Service Sales team having previously joining in 2008 as a Service Coordinator.
